What counts as a claim?
A claim counts once the winner has told you how to reach them. A claim that runs out in the five-minute contact window costs you nothing. Unused free claims don't roll over — every month starts at 10.
What if I run out mid-drop?
The drop keeps running. Buyers can still claim and see nothing different — we'd never make them pay for your plan. Winners over your limit are locked: the claim stands, but their contact details stay hidden on your dashboard until your free claims reset on the 1st of the month.
When can I buy more?
Not yet — until 1 February 2027 everything is unlimited and free. When the paid plans open, locked winners unlock the moment you buy — no need to wait for the new month.
What stays free
Claiming is free for buyers, always. And we never take a cut of your sales — payment stays between you and your buyer: MobilePay, bank, in person.
