What Claimheist is
Claimheist decides claims: when several buyers want the same item, exactly one claim wins, settled by our servers in the order they arrive. That decision — who won — is what we provide.
What Claimheist is not
We are not a party to the sale. Payment, delivery, returns and any disputes are strictly between buyer and seller. We don't process payments, hold funds, verify items, or guarantee that either side follows through.
Sellers
- You must only list items you own and can deliver, honestly described.
- A won claim is a buyer's commitment you're expected to honor at the listed price.
- You're responsible for complying with the rules of the communities where you share your links, and with applicable law (including consumer and tax rules).
Buyers
- A claim is binding in spirit: claim only what you intend to buy.
- Use a real email — it's how the seller reaches you.
Fair play
No bots, no automated claiming, no attempts to manipulate the claim mechanic. We may remove listings or accounts that abuse the platform or break the law.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Claimheist is not liable for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, or from downtime of the service.
